first we learned about scotch tension .

then we put on the art yarn head to turn the victoria into a bobin lead wheel

I taught her some core spinnning

carding her own batt on the CLEMES AND CLEMES ELITE DRUM CARDER

about 3 oz batt to spin.

plying is easy with the louet 3-4 lazy kate which is part of the package too

her first skein she learned about how to wind a niddy noddy
she bought a Clemes and clemes niddy noddy (my absolute favorite niddy noddy because it does not have a twist arm but a removable one with a strong pin !) I have had mine or over 45 years used the whole time !
